Whenever possible, Ravina attempts to negotiate and resolve matters outside of the court process through mediation, separation agreements, or settlement conferences. However, Ravina has experience at all levels of British Columbia courts, including in the BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, and the BC Court of Appeal and is prepared to advocate for her clients through the court process whenever necessary or required.

Ravina is accredited as a Certified Family Law Mediator and can assist parties in both lawyer assisted and non-lawyer assisted mediations.
